he Services and all materials therein, including, without limitation, software, images, text, graphics, illustrations, logos, patents, trademarks, service marks, copyrights, photographs, audio, and videos (the "Content"), and all Intellectual Property Rights related thereto, are the exclusive property of Audiogen LIMITED and its licensors.
Notwithstanding the above, the audio samples generated through our Services ("Generated Audio") are made available to you on a royalty-free basis with attribution (Apache license 2.0). This means that once you have access to the Generated Audio, you are free to use them without further payments or attributions, subject to the rest of these Terms. However, you do not obtain any ownership rights over the Generated Audio and any commercial use or distribution of the Generated Audio should not infringe upon the rights of third parties.
Please note that this does not affect our overall ownership and control of the intellectual property rights involved in producing and delivering the Generated Audio, which remain exclusively with Audiogen LIMITED and/or our licensors.
